1. General Information

This Disclaimer applies to ResellerPanel and all related services accessible through our website. By using our reseller panel, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with this Disclaimer, please discontinue use of our services.

2. We Are a Reseller Panel Provider, Not a Server Owner

ResellerPanel is a technical reseller panel. We provide the dashboard, credit system, sub-reseller architecture and API tools that allow resellers to manage their own client base.

We do not own, operate or control any IPTV streaming servers. We do not host, store or transmit any media content ourselves. All channels, video-on-demand content and streams accessible through accounts activated via our panel are delivered by independent third-party server operators that are entirely separate from ResellerPanel.

3. No Responsibility for Streamed Content

As we do not own or operate the underlying servers, we are not responsible for any content that may be accessed, streamed or distributed through accounts connected to our reseller panel. This includes, without limitation, live channels, video-on-demand titles and any other media made available by third-party server operators.

We do not select, review, endorse or guarantee the legality, accuracy, quality or availability of any such content. Any claims, disputes or concerns regarding specific content should be directed to the third-party operator responsible for that content, not to ResellerPanel.

4. Resellers Are Responsible for Their Own Use

As a reseller, you are solely responsible for how you use our panel and for ensuring that your own use, and the use by your clients and sub-resellers, complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ResellerPanel acts purely as a technical infrastructure provider and assumes no liability for how the panel is used downstream by resellers, sub-resellers or end clients.

5. No Warranty

Our reseller panel and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service, or any content accessible through third-party servers connected to it, will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available at all times.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResellerPanel, its operators and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the panel, including but not limited to issues related to streamed content, server availability or third-party conduct.

7. External Links

Our website and panel may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content, policies or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
